Ayan has overall 22 years of industry experience and 18+ years of relevant experience and has established core competency in the areas of Information Security, Data Privacy, Business Continuity, IT Governance and  IT Service Management.

He has rich experience in IT risk management, risk treatment planning, ISMS establishment & re-engineering, IT Governance, Compliance & Assurance vis-a-vis GDPR, SOC1,2& 3 etc., Process Design & Integration and Process improvement initiatives. Prior to the current role, Ayan played senior roles in multiple consulting firms, including KPMG, Wipro Consulting & IBM.

She has served as CFO for India Operations for ZIV Automation, a Spain based company. Finance Controller for a unit of Crompton Greaves. A practicing Cost Accountant with extensive knowledge in Direct and Indirect Taxes, Cost Audits, and Internal Audits with an emphasis on information systems security.

  • Extensive knowledge and experience in Standard Costing, Inventory Accounting and Management, Variance Analysis, Product Costing, Profitability and Margin Analysis, Capex Control and ROI monitoring
